Good News: BBC Cancels Special Pope-As-Deformed Rapist Christmas Play

"The BBC has abandoned plans to screen a ballet featuring a deformed Pope who rapes nuns that it had announced as one of the highlights of its Christmas schedule."

Imagine that...the BBC actually showing some maturity...or perhaps they were just scared that those nasty, yucky Christians would riot, and threaten to cut people's heads off because they were so offended!?!

"..one of the acts, "Eternal Damnation To Sancho And Sanchez" by Javier de Frutos, centers on a group of "horny" priests and a fictional hunchback Pope, who rapes eunuchs and pregnant nuns. The act prompted boos from the Sadler's Wells audience and a number of walk-outs."

Or as an American friend of mine just quipped:

"Nothing spreads the spirit of Christmas so well as a ballet about a deformed pope, raping nuns and eunuchs! Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! After reading about the Hunchbacked pope ballet, I think I'm going back to bed..."
