So, let's say you have a Nigerian Muslim try to blow up an airplane, especially for Stinky Kuffar Infidel Christmas ("Issa was a Muslim anyway, ya stupid infidel").
But a bunch of uppity infidels wreck your plans by jumping on said Muslim while he his pants are on fire, and he is trying to light explosive material that he has hidden near his balls (nicely shaved for the 72 raisins, we assume).

If you were the biggest Muslim "civil rights" group in America (representing every single one of the reported 73 bazillion, gazillion Muslims in America-their stats) what would you do?
Ah yes, encourage airline security NOT to "profile" people like Muslims who bomb planes, because well-"that would be hurtful".
You know what I think? I think that everyone, all of us dumb kufar idiots in the West should recognize, and be able to translate CAIR's and Ibrahim Hooper's Taqiya Mumbo Jumbo Whoppers.
When they say "this would hurt our exquisitely sensitive feelings", what they really mean is: Hey-those asswipe infidels are onto us on this one!!! We gotta put the kibosh on this using "human rights speak".
You can be sure that they realize that it would be rather distasteful for them to be rooting for the bombers publicly. So, they root for all the ways that would stop future bombers from being identified. It's insidious. And CAIR's lefty cheerleaders like the ACLU and other liberal organizations follow their lead, and make it difficult, if not impossible for non-brainwashed law enforcement officials to do their jobs properly and make air travel safe.
The basic rule is people will die because Allah requires much blood sacrifice, but at least Muslims will feel good about themselves and not have their feelings hurt by us hatemongering, uppity dhimmis.

Great News: Toronto 18 Having Really Relaxing Time in Prison
Just in case you were worried about their welfare, a Canadian Press report has just come out indicating that the Toronto 18-you know, that "broad strata" of Canadian "youth" who wanted to chop off the Prime Minister's head and stuff...they are having a very relaxing time in prison.
They are actually being treated better than other prisoners. Isn't that comforting to know?
Here's a little tid bit that has come out of the sentencing hearing for Saad Gaya-one of the "youths".
" The corrections staff told court Monday that since a segregation order was lifted in June 2007 the 10 men jailed there have been treated better than other detention centre inmates."
They say special accommodations were made for the men's Muslim faith, that they have better TV access and have laptops in their cells due to a court order that they have 24-hour access to evidence in their cases.
I'm guessing this means hallal food, perhaps ablution stations and maybe not even having to deal with inferior female kufars and such.
Better TV access? Cool. Laptop computers! Excellent.
I don't know about you, but I definitely feel like these youthful youths are being punished right now.

Pew Study Tries to Whitewash American Muslim Attitudes.
This is a nice example of bury the lede.
The latest Pew study has this fuzzy, huggy, shiny headline: "Little Support for Terrorism Among American Muslims".
Well, isn't that special? How comforting-what great news.
Here's one of the more interesting little nuggets:
"When asked whether they think of themselves first as an American or as a Muslim, 47% of Muslims in the U.S. think of themselves first in terms of their religion, while 28% identify themselves first as Americans and 18% volunteer that they identify as both."
Also, the Beeeeeg Satan is the best place for Muslim women: "six-in-ten Muslim Americans (62%) say that the quality of life for Muslim women in the U.S. is better than the quality of life for women in most Muslim countries".
And this little nugget: "fewer than half of Muslim Americans -- just four-in-10 -- accept the fact that groups of Arabs carried out the Sept. 11 attacks. Roughly a third (32%) express no opinion as to who was behind the attacks, while 28% flatly disbelieve that Arabs conducted the attacks. Fewer highly religious Muslim Americans believe that groups of Arabs carried out the attacks than do less religious Muslims. The survey also finds that those who say suicide bombings in defense of Islam can often or sometimes be justified are more disbelieving than others that Arabs carried out the Sept. 11 attacks."
For me, the story here is that almost half of American Muslims see themselves first according to sharia, and second according to their national citizenship. Yet-despite this, they love living in the free world. They want the free world toys-but more than half would be happier in an American sharia state.
And almost half of American Muslims "just 4 in 10" according to Pew, deny that Muslims perpetrated the 9/11 attacks. That is pretty disturbing. Another third of them have "no opinion" which loosely translates from jihadspeak to "it was the Joooooooos", or "it was Booooooosh".
I'm thinking this study is pretty alarming. But-then again, I'm not so bright.
Obviously These People Have Never Been on Maternity Leave
New research "proves" that being a Mom makes you grow all kinds of new, funky brain cells.
Well, that's very nice-but I actually found that in the first few weeks and months of being a mom, my brain turned pretty much into oatmeal.
One of the dirty little secrets of being a mom is that after the baby is born you are in a post-partum haze, everything hurts and this screaming little alien is sucking at you all the time physically and mentally. You love it more than life itself but you can't handle only getting 14 minutes of sleep per night.
When you are on maternity leave, you try to have intelligent conversations, but all that comes out is "ooooh, she made a big poo today", or "my boobs are leaking again".
You try to read a newspaper but the words go blurry. You think to yourself 'hey-I had a nice life, what the hell did I just do to it-voluntarily"
Of course things get easier. But having a baby and those first few months are pretty tough and I would argue that my brain cells went way, way, way down post-partum.

Western Islamic "Honour" Murder File: UK Edition
Seems that another doting Muslim father has saved the family's "honour" in the UK by killing his daughter.
"Tulay Goren was killed on 7 January 1999 after falling in love with Halil Unal, a fellow Turkish Kurd twice her age. The family disapproved because he is a Sunni Muslim while they are Alevis, from a different branch of Islam."
"Police believe her body was cut up and buried temporarily in the back garden of the family home. The remains have never been recovered.The family are originally from Elbistan, south-eastern Turkey, and adhered to the code of namus, or honour, practised by many rural communities there."

The only positive thing to come out of this story is that her mother and sister found the courage to testify against their husband and father-and that poor Tulay can now be laid to rest in peace with a proper burial.

Judicial Jihad: The New Front of the Caliphate
This is a good piece from The Jerusalem Post which discusses the phenomenon of lawfare. I actually like the author's name for it better: Judicial Jihad.
The term Judicial Jihad gives a lot more breadth to discuss the many ways in which jihadis are using the legal systems of democratic nations to impose sharia upon the rest of us.
They use defamation lawsuits, threats of action, and other intimidation tactics via lawyers to stop people from expressing their opinions about radical Islam and/or to interfere with attempts to shed light on the money trails leading from various Western-based front organizations to Middle Eastern Islamic terrorist groups.
The author makes a very salient point here: "Legal suits are costly; I was fortunate to have loyal supporters who raised a war chest. The other side's attorneys are often pro bono member ideologues."
This is the problem faced by many brave souls here in Canada, facing their own local versions of the Judicial Jihad. Fortunately, Mark Steyn had Maclean's magazine and the Rogers empire backing him. Ezra Levant successfully raised funds from internet appeals as have bloggers Kathy Shaidle and Kate Macmillan. Jonathan Kay of the National Post has CanWest backing him. But many others face these costly battles alone.
I agree and disagree with the following: "A consortium of the best Jewish and pro-Israel legal brains should be on call, to judge the ramifications and the most appropriate jurisdictions, to use the courts in ad hominem defamation, group libel and even cases of anti-Semitic terrorism."
It would be fantastic if smart, Jewish and non-Jewish legal minds would put pro bono time toward these causes and help individual bloggers, writers and Israeli politicians who face unwielding legal threats and seething from the Caliphate.
I do not, however, believe that the courts are the place to fight antisemitic (ie: Islamic) terrorism. For that, the best place is on the battlefield and we need to empower our armies to beat the crap out of the barbarians wherever they are and bring the best firepower, manpower and brains to the battle-and keep taking the battle to them.
If terrorist organizations hold assets in western democracies, then yes-courts should be used to drain their bank accounts-but the courtroom is not our central battlefield.
Judicial Jihad is just one of the many tools that the jihadists have at their disposal as they pursue their dreams of destroying our way of life and our liberty, and trying to force us into submission to Islam.

Guess what nurses and doctors have to do to prevent this from happening? Let's check with the Montreal Gazette's piece:
"Simple measures such as handwashing and cleaning equipment and rooms can prevent the spread of infection that can lead to sepsiss. Early diagnosis and treatment of sepsis with antibiotics also improves the chances of recovery, said the report."
Sepsis can develop from minor infections, such as the flu or urinary tract infections, but is more likely to strike people with serious wounds, extremely weakened immune systems, and exposed areas from catheters. About 60 per cent of cases affect patients over 60 years old.
So, in other words-if Canadian doctors and nurses would please wash their hands more often and there were enough cleaning staff in the hospital doing proper cleaning and sterilization work-this would not be happening.
And if after all the handwashing and cleaning-some people still get infections-if you just treat them early with antibiotics-they might not die. And if you keep their wounds clean, they also might not die.
This is one of the scariest and most pathetic articles about the Canadian medicare system that I have seen this year.

I actually don't have the words at the moment to describe my anger at this story.
At the very place where messengers of Islam killed more than 3,000 people on American soil-using their bodies and airplanes as weapons of mass destruction-an Islamic "spiritual awakening" and "renewal" is being celebrated by the New York Times.
Disgrace.
Of course, my idiot people are happy to celebrate diversity in this way, and of course the FBI are preparing for another imaginary potential "backlash" against the Muslims.

British Blasphemy Trial Begins
The trial of two British hoteliers accused of blasphemy against the Religion of Peace and/or Mohammad and Allah or something like that has started today.
It's funny because this is in the news section of the BBC, but it really should really be in the Creeping Sharia section of the BBC's web site.
Make no mistake about it, what you are seeing in this article is the submission of the British court system to Islamic sharia.
Here are the blasphemous offences that the couple are being accused of:
* Mr Vogelenzang, 53, called the prophet Mohammed a "warlord" and likened him to Saddam Hussein and Hitler
* His 54-year-old wife told Mrs Tazi her Islamic dress represented "oppression" and was a form of "bondage"
* Mr. Vogelenzang is accused of acting like "a whirling dervish", and repeatedly asking his gues if she was a "terrorist".
Because of these things, Mrs. Tazi is very sad, offended and upset and stuff.
She wants us to be sympathetic to her because she's just like one of us, just a regular British gal who just happened to try a bazillion different religions before finally, finally reverting to Islam and she's like so happy now in that body bag: "My journey has been a long, long journey, it was a very difficult decision to wear these clothes... I'm a normal Warrington girl who liked the Beatles."
We are pathetic here in the West.
No wonder Muslims feel like they can bully us into submission-we take to it so easily. People can use the civil court system (and our parallel "Human Rights" monstrosities) to punish people because they are offended and feel bad.
How can we possibly continue to respect the justice system-and to respect ourselves and our Judeo-Christian traditions when our courts acts like sucky, free, dhimmi therapy programs for ever aggrieved and offended Muslims and their paper-thin skins?
Luckily for the Vogelenzangs, even if they are convicted of blasphemy (or "hate crimes"), in the land of the Magna Carta, the British court system has not yet implemented the appropriate Sharia punishment for said crimes (ie: DEATH).

That means supporting the Iranian students, women's rights (actual rights, not the liberal's "right to wear a body bag"), and supporting and providing unfettered Internet access in totalitarian regimes.

A Muslim cab driver in Australia groped a disabled female passenger's breasts (she has Cerebral Palsy and epilepsy) ie: sexually assaulted her.
The driver, Abdul Majid Qazizada, 51, had argued that Ramadan was a time when Muslim men "don't even touch their wives", so therefore Muslim men are entitled to touch the dirty infidel women of their choice-especially handicapped ones who cannot physically defend themselves from predators.
How outrageous!
Fortunately, the sharia defense was unacceptable to the Australian court system and Mr. Qazizada was charged with sexual assault.
Had the case occurred in Britain, I wonder if the accused would have been found guilty. I actually doubt it. They are so, like, sensitive and stuff in the UK.
