She aptly describes it as an absolute "shrine to victimhood" and showcasing "atrocity porn".
Kathy Shaidle describes it as "Holocaustianity" and there is certainly a case to be made for that description.
As for myself, I think that this displaced concern about "human rights" is part of the psychology of liberal Jews simply being terribly uncomfortable with military power, and using might to fight back the forces of evil that want to kill us.
No matter how much proof they get, they retreat into a world where dialogue and interfaith discussions are the answer, negotiations more powerful than tanks and where they wish to buy the affection of our enemies with scholarships (Canadian Jewish Congress and the Somalis) and fund trips to the death camps for imams, which more likely results in inspiration rather than understanding.
A large number of Jews, and non-Jews are not happy with Jews being strong and having their own army.
Rather than recognize that it was precisely our lack of a state and army that doomed us in previous history-up to the Holocaust, they keep wrongly looking into themselves, asking 'why do they hate us', or some such combination of 'what did we do wrong'. They cannot bare to look at the truth, which is that the fact that you are a breathing, living Jew is your crime.
That is too hard to bear. Therefore, there is a retreat into maudlin memorials for the dead Jews, how sad. Boo hoo.

There are the endless crusades to woo our enemies-greenhouses in Gaza and Jews confronting IDF soldiers on behalf of the very Palestinians who wish to slaughter us. We bring their children to Israel for complex medical procedures, only to be informed by "grateful" parents that their one true wish is for their children to become shahids, and killing as many Jews as possible when they are grown up.
Reality is uncomfortable for these Jews.
That is why every activity that liberal Jews fund should be treated with suspicion and to be understood as a threat to the Jewish people-existentially.
Our responsibility is to make reality known and understood, however unpalatable it is. We must direct our funds and energy to current wars, rather than those won despite unbearable losses of human life. We must force eyes onto the real enemy that faces us from the Muslim world, name it, and not retreat into beating down the German Nazis in our collective imaginations over and over again through various shrines to wishful thinking.
