Wow. What a super nice, friendly, non-Bush kind of turn of phrase! The Muslim world will definitely start to like infidels now. It's like sooooo cool that you can just change the name of some nasty, right wing saying-and then POOF-the problem disappears! Awesome!
"Overseas Contingency Operation" is a little clunky though. I think there could be a few other possibilities. I suggest:
"Operation Distasteful Stuff Army Does In Far Away Places"
"Operation Love Me Mullahs"
"Department of Yucky, Pukey Warmonger Crap That We Are So Almost Beyond"
