This is a very interesting comment piece from The Guardian. Normally, I can't read anything in Al-Guardian because of its nauseating anti-Israel and anti-American slant. However, this piece is really worth reading. It's a testimony to the incredible success that America (and it's partners) have had in Iraq. No, Iraq isn't perfect, but it's sure as hell better off than when Saddam & Sons ran the show.
The piece is not a direct shout-out "congratulations" to America, but one cannot read a comment such as this without feeling a true sense of amazement at what America-under George Bush's leadership-has achieved in Iraq in such a very short time.May 04, 2009
