That Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a believer in eugenics is not surprising at all; it goes hand in glove with the patronizing attitude that all American liberals possess when it comes to minorities; they need well-meaning and really earnest white liberals to guide them, to protect them and think for them.

Sort of like a loving shepherd watching over a flock of sheep, really. Of course, even the best shepherd sometimes is forced to cull his herd for it's own benefit.; July 15, 2009
