Why Children Should Not Be "Empowered" To Make Decisions About Their Health Care

There is a growing movement of 'child empowerment' or some such nonsense, that would have critically ill children making choices about their health care. My opinion is that the treatment plan should always defer to life, rather than death.

Here's just one example why that is a sucky idea that should be put to bed permanently.
