This is a disgusting development, and proof of where Mr. Obama's allegiances lie-certainly not to the betterment of America.
I guess on some level, it is very sweet of him to offer money that will give these backward, tribal, crud-infested thuggocracies some developmental edge. Maybe some of their womenfolk will start to rebel.(A gal can dream..)
But more likely is the fact that the Muslim world will continue to export the things they are best at: "honour murders", clitorectomy experts, suicide bombers, highjackers, perpetual seethers, grievance theatre experts, lawfare experts, polygamists and Wahabi clerics hell bent on establishing the new Caliphate in our territory.
