And be sure to read the latest Steyn masterpiece in Maclean's. This essay, inspired by a quip by Toronto's very own amazingly astute, funny and menschlach "scaramouche", is a literary work of art. Were there red flags? Yes of course there were-but the biggest red flag was the green flag.
This one on Mumbai is probably one of my absolute favourite Steyn essays, but it's just so hard to choose a single favourite.
