Not that it doesn't already function as law in much of Eurabia.

Special memo to all Catholic-Muslim "understanding" and "dialogue" and "interfaith Eid festival celebrations":

"“We are most interested in establishing the Sharia in France and Rome."

"We need to go to Rome and raise a banner saying the Day of Judgment will come when the Muslims take Rome. We will definitely conquer Rome one day.”

I'd be inclined to take this guy seriously as to the goals.
