I'm so upset by this-I'm upset that there seems to be no escape for so many young girls, except death.
And the feminists around the world stay silent, and the innocent young girls-born into a life of hell, try to find ways out of their prisons.

Again, it is hard to pinpoint the most devastating part of the article. The fact that women are bought and traded like animals? Or that teenagers are happily sold to grandfathers, by their own fathers, so that their fathers can also have sex with teenagers?
Hug your children. Thank G-d that you haven't been born into this culture. Pray for Shaikha's recovery and pray that somehow she can escape this life.

This is heartbreaking.
Feminists stay silent because they have traded women's rights for moral relativism and some perverted notion of multi-culturalism.
They'll march in protest against American women making 87 cents of every dollar a man makes, but they refuse to condemn the burqa, arranged marriages, genital mutilation, or honor killings because they don't want to offend anybody. Simply shameful.
