"Girls as young as 11 are to be offered pregnancy tests at school. They will also have access to contraception, the morning-after pill and advice on sexually transmitted infections. All of the services will be confidential - meaning the teenagers' parents might never be told."
Uh, hello?? Is anyone home in the brains of the Brits? Anyone?
Testing 11 year olds for pregnancy and STDs and not telling their parents?
If my kid got a paper cut at school and the school didn't tell me I would be pissed.
PS: 11 Year olds are not "teenagers".
