To the great consternation of Allahphobic, terrorphobic bloggers around the world, they click and click on the image-but the publisher has thrown no bones, not a single bone to the Islamophobic, Zionazi, Rethuglican masses.

No plot summary, no chapter breakdown-nary a crumb to the devoted minions

Perhaps this is one of those Seeekrit Mossad Plots, ie: 'I could tell you what's in the book, but then I'd have to kill you'?
