Maybe since this guy tells us that "child care and the state university" are "absolutely essential services", he could tell us exactly what constitutes a non-essential service and ask how many of those have been eliminated or cut?
If this guy considers "child care and the state university" "absolutely essential services", I wonder what he would consider non-essential services and what has he done to cut them back or eliminate them?
