I hope this is the beginning of the end of his nightmare. I am so happy for Mr. Black. I have always believed that this was a serious miscarriage of justice and have said so in e-mails to Mr. Black himself.
This is fantastic. I hope the whole case against him falls apart completely.

I just hope he is not denied the right to come back to Canada to be with his family on the pretense that he is a convicted criminal...it wouldn't surprise me.
