The really instructive part of Ms. Kersten's temperate and factually unexceptionable editorial is not what _she_ writes, but the reaction of at least one commenter, who felt that it was needlessly inflammatory and responded with a blend of _tu quoque_ and _ignoratio elenchi_, by blathering about (imaginary) Christian extremist threats against President Obama's life.
