Is This What We Are Fighting For?

I have mixed feelings about the Afghanistan mission.

If the goal of the mission is solely to prevent an Islamic terrorist monstrosity from setting up shop there as the de facto government so that they can comfortably plan and launch another 9/11, then I guess I am for it.

But I really resent the idea that our soldiers are there to build wells or teach girls how to spell, or any other idiotic idealistic fantasies.

These people are barbarians and they will never change.
