This is simply a generalized racist comment.
Some people, in general, across all racial boundaries, are too stupid to pass police tests.
It is the NAACP and others stirring up trouble wanting entitlements for all but "white" people, (oh help us please, here is another racist group in disguise).
I've found perfectly capable, personable (real), and extremely smart people across many races.
It is the ****heads wanting entitlements. Look up entitlements for a democracy. It is a killer.
There are legitimate people needing support and help. But by all means, not jobs except by proven capability.
