What a heart-warming story. The adaptation is actually a good solution to little Sophie's physical deficit in controlling the handlebars. It looks a lot like the sort of adaptive contraption my wife (an occupational therapist) and I (a physical therapist) cobble together for our charges in the school system for which we both work. God bless these children.
