Yeah, seeing our side go on the legal offensive is gratifying. Maybe this will give some ideas to conservative organizations, which too often employ legal talent only on the defensive. We cede the initiative to the bad guys too often in the lawfare field, and you just cannot win a war if your enemy always gets to decide when, where, and how to fight . . . no matter how many defensive battles you win. (In fact, you can win all the battles and still lose the war, as the U. S. found out in Vietnam and seems determined to find out again in the Middle East.)
