First, S&P takes part in Mark Steyn's publicity campaign for his new book by helpfully downgrading the US to a AA rating.

Now, somehow Steyn has got China on board with his PR roll-out.

Seriously-how did he get China to play along and confirm our darkest fears-that they will basically own America, and that the once mighty greenback will be discarded?

I'm literally shuddering. But it's kind of enjoyable.
