I was listening to Mark Steyn today talk about how the terrorists have, in fact, won because (among many other reasons) TSA employees are allowed to grope people freely, confiscate the toys of mentally handicapped people and 'pat-down' babies.
This, he said-is the decline of the Republic.
I quite agree.
Here is another sign of the decline of America-when a bone headed government employee can feel completely secure that he or she will remain employed after giving a $500 fine to the parents of children selling lemonade for pediatric cancer research.
With complete impunity, these interfering bastard bureaucrats run around town and cause their pain.
We are a nation of wimps, undeserving of freedom it seems.
