Hiya, toots! Long time no see and I hope you and your fambly are well and happy. *hugs* Come on over to Correspondence Committee - we'd love to see you there.

Here's a link you should explore concerning a dumb Montreal female, besotted with an illegal from Saudi Arabia and because she's a dumb female, her children are going to pay the price. The PC idiots had better not pay blood money to the Jihadi and this dumb female should be sterilized.

Hey, Christiane, how about you report this truth;

1. RE: Iraq being respopnsible for the Bush administration's putting Ashcanistan on the back burner; the real culprit is an unwillingness to force Pakistan to do the right thing and take the fight to Al'Qaeda. Instead, the Pakistanis prevaricate, hesitate and then finally negotiate with them, and then give them the Swat Valley.

Until the US either decides to violate Pakistani sovereignty (a laughable notion when the northern third of the country refuses to recognize the authority of the Pakistani government) and finish off Bin Laden and Friends itself, depending upon the Pakistanis to help in any meaningful way is simply wishful thinking.

2. The Afghans themselves are barely more civilized than Atilla the Hun and his cohorts were, they change sides at the drop of a hat (like they did at Tora Bora when Bin Laden was within a hair of being killed or captured), and when they aren't busy fighting amongst themselves over the best goat pasture, and the pick of the 12-yr old brides, they're battling each other to see who can be the biggest heroin dealer in the region.

Summing up: the Pakistanis and the Afghans are unreliable allies,and it's like depending upon the enemy to fight the war for you. The problem is being further compounded by President Hopenchanger's dithering; you sense he'd almost rather make a deal than fight, which is about par for the course for men of his ilk.

We have been badly served by leaders who talk a good fight, but then don't back it up...and that goes for both Bush and the bigger idiot now in his chair. Unfortunately, a lot of good men and women are paying for all that posturing.

I'm left wondering why these countries are still on the map eight years later for Christiane Amanpour to vacation in.
