By comparison...

In a 1939 study of the use of the First Person Singular ("I" or it's equivalent) in the speeches of the principal world leaders at the time enumerated how often each leader used the FPS:

Adolf Hitler: 1 in every 53 words.
Benito Mussolini: 1/83 words.
Franklin Roosevelt: 1/100 words.
Edouard Daladier: 1/234 words.
Neville Chamberlain: 1/249 words.

Since Winston Churchill was unemployed at this time, he was not included in the survey (but his famous "Blood, Toil, Tears and Sweat" speech of 1940 included the FPS 1/35 words).

I wonder if Obama has Hitler beat yet?
