Not only is Ann Coulter a scary, right wing hate-monger who tells Muslim students to ride camels, but she is also BLOND and WEARS MASCARA!
It really drives earnest, liberal women crazy that Ann is actually attractive and slim.
They would prefer that she be a morose, fat and ugly right-winger, presumably so she would be an easier target and they could make even more painful comments about her appearance.
So much for sisterhood.
So just for the record, what the heck does her being blond and wearing make up have anything to do with her political opinions? Haven't these brainless lefties got anything better to comment upon?
Here is one of the most idiotic paragraphs I have seen in the Globe & Mail today...
"Ms. Coulter, meanwhile, spoke last night at the University of Western Ontario. All long blonde hair and heavily-mascaraed lashes, she did not hold back, according to the London Free Press. A frequent contributor to Fox News – Barack Obama’s least favourite American network – Ms. Coulter took on a political science student who is Muslim.She's blond, white, Christian, slim, and wears make up-good gravy. And she has the unmitigated gall to appear on FOX NEWS, which is (GASP) Barack Obama's least favourite network.
Ms. Taber appears to be wearing make-up in her photo here as well. I guess that disqualifies her from having political opinions.
Also note that she is relying on second hand stories from the event. Your media superiors, yes indeed.

Someone woke up retaining water this morning, Ms. Taber, eh?
It's entirely predictable: Ms. Taber would scream bloody murder if we treated her as a sex object (and in Ms. Taber's case, I'd need a few drinks and probably mechanical assistance before I thought that way) and denied her intelligence because we disagreed with it...but then describes Ann Coulter in sexualized terms (although muted) and denies her intelligence because Ms. taber disagrees with her!

Personally, I think it's just because Ms. Taber can't get into a size 4 and Ann can.
