You would think that when toilet paper begins to be rationed, that people MIGHT realize that there is an economic problem.
The T.P.F.S.I (Toilet Paper Fiscally Screwed Index) might be an excellent measure of prosperity in the future for Europe.
Thank goodness no bureaucrats have lost their jobs or anything. And thank goodness, Spain has Executive Bean Counters In Charge of Toilet Paper Calculations (I believe it's a Master's program-the TPC M.A Program).
From your genius government betters we learn that in order to save Europe's collective butt, toilet paper rationing is clearly the first step to healing. To wit:
"The latest edict issued by the region’s ministry of education instructs state schools to cut “excessive consumption” of toilet roll among pupils and limit the quota to a maximum of 25 metres per child per month."
