I think they have completely bent over and are screwed, demographically beyond repair.

They were Nazi collaborators, and then a whole bunch of them suddenly claimed to be resistance fighters once they were liberated. Until that time, I don't think they shed too many tears over their Jews. A lot of Jewish-owned, prime Paris real estate is still under occupation, never mind the art and insurance policies, etc..of the Jews.

Anyway, now they have welcomed hundreds of thousands of Muslims to their shores, and that hasn't seemed to have worked out very well.

The "yooots" don't feel very French, and the French-other than the elites-don't like the Muslims so much either.

They have these suburbs that they kindly call the "banlieu", but really-they are just micro sharia enclaves...little sharia states within the state.

They are attempting a band-aid fix of the Islamic extremist problem by banning the burkha. That's just a quick fix.

Anyway, France has about 10-11% Muslims right now, which makes it likely that it will be the first European state to have sharia introduced democractically-just because of demographics. You all remember how Hitler came into power?
