Obama-Because of Deprived Background, Needs $11.2 Billion Helicopters

Someone super size my box of tissues! President Obama says that the anticipated cost of $11.2 BILLION BUCKS for a new fleet of 28 Marine One helicopters is under review. He knows it's expensive and stuff-but heck-he's worth it! Besides, he never had one before, and "maybe I've been deprived and I didn't know it". Is this guy for real?
